We’ll conduct a full website crawl simulating the experience Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. We’ll analyze that crawl with great rigor, identifying opportunities for improvement, and noting broader issues whereby one change can affect many pages.

We’ll prioritize our recommendations, writing them in such a way they can be handed to a Development Team such that can take action to make edits and improvements to the website.

Every page send signals to search engines and AI crawlers. Those signals are prioritized based on the data architecture. Data architecture refers to how a page has been built.  For example, we favor one primary header (H1), with multiple subheaders (h2s, and h3s). Much like an org chart, it helps search engines and crawler to understand and process the signals we are sending, and therefore where a website should rank.

When there are changes we can make, we make them, but the vast majority of the changes will require someone with a Development background to make. There are some changes we can make, and when those exist we make them. We have decades of experience of working with Dev Teams to implement the changes, and we can provide those services for a reasonable fee.
